About THUNDER: Burst Infinite
THUNDER: Burst Infinite brings the THUNDER Cinematic Universe to a fighting game. Pick from the THUNDER team, MAX Force or the villains, and fight on sixteen stages taken from places in the films, from the Library District and Cairo to Berlin in 1945 and the Rift Between Worlds.
Every fighter has specials and a super built from their powers in the films. It costs $1.99 on its own, and it comes free and pre-installed on every Solar System, so it is the first thing you can play.

In depth
How it works
The systems that make THUNDER: Burst Infinite what it is.
Fighting
- Light attacks chain into three-hit combos; heavy attacks hit harder and slower.
- Air attacks and a double jump.
- Dash and backdash by double-tapping toward or away.
- Throws with light and heavy together.
- Block high or low. Block too much and your guard breaks.
- Each fighter's special and super come from their powers, with projectiles where the character has them.
Rounds, a timer, a combo counter and damage scaling keep long combos in check. Hit-stop and input buffering make hits feel solid.

The roster
THUNDER: Thunderbolt, Menthor, NoMan, Seer and The Guardian.
MAX Force: Ben, Wrath, Hope, Fury and Chaos.
Villains: Skeleton Lord, Amplifier, Catalyst, Dr. Destructo, Alaric, Lock and Calceron, plus Divine Lord, who joins once you beat him in Story Mode.
Alternate costumes unlock as you complete Story Mode chapters. The Gallery shows every costume and bio, with your record for each fighter.

Story Mode
Story Mode retells the THUNDER Cinematic Universe phase by phase across 24 chapters, from Thunderbolt to The Calceron Arc. When a film has two fighters going head to head, you fight it. When it doesn't, it's told as an interlude between fights.

Every other way to play
- Arcade: six fights and a final boss, with an ending for every character.
- Battle: you against the computer at the difficulty you choose.
- Versus: two players on one console, with two controllers or one controller and the keyboard.
- Training: a dummy that stands, crouches, blocks, jumps or fights back, and infinite stamina.
